Payment
Consular fees are payable when the file is lodged. The means of payment accepted — cash, cheque, transfer — are specified by the consular section. Fees may be changed without notice by decision of the competent authorities.

The fees shown are indicative and may vary. Some services may be free of charge for Congolese nationals in situations of hardship, on production of supporting evidence.
